Awaken Today is a diverse team of housing professionals aligning with disadvantaged communities to offer a full array of housing related education and promote workforce development for aspiring real estate appraisers.

We conduct workshops and seminars on topics that impact communities of color to include property valuation and reconsideration of value, consumer awareness of valuation and the appraisal process, home ownership retention guidance, and fair housing training for real estate professionals. 

Additionally, our mission is to mentor the next generation of minority appraisers to ensure a dynamic and well-trained workforce to close the racial gap in today’s real estate valuation profession.
