Mission Statement

Awaken Today is a diverse team of housing professionals aligning with disadvantaged communities to safeguard, educate, and advocate.

We provide workshops and seminars on topics that impact communities of color, such as bias in appraisals, consumer awareness on the appraisal process, homeownership retention education, and refinance readiness strategies.

Awaken Today also provides mentorship and training to help build a Black Appraiser workforce to excel in the real estate valuation profession.
